Experienced Plumber - Minimum 5-Years Required
The main duties of this position include troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, and other related tasks. Must have knowledge of sprinkler, gas, water and sanitary piping, water heaters and fixtures. Salary: $25/hr - $60/hr earning potential based on level of skill and experience. Apply now.
Experienced Gas Boiler Technician - Minimum 5-Years Required
Evaluate, troubleshoot and repair gas boilers, hot water, and steam heating equipment, preventative maintenance of gas boilers, hot water and steam heating equipment. Must have knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, fuel delivery systems and combustion. Oil burner experience a plus. Supervisor / Project Manager
Responsible for directing multiple mechanical projects for our commercial plumbing & heating division. Coordinate site visits with customers. Survey work and create proposals. Planning, job layout and execution. Supervise mechanics and crew to ensure projects timelines are met. Complete all necessary inspections with NYC Department of Buildings and/or Gas Utility Company. Organize and manage project documentation so that other personal can easily reference. Salary: $85,000+ annual earning potential based on level of experience. Apply now.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the President of the company. Responsible for the day-to-day functions of all office activities, including but not limited to, processing and coding of work orders into company software, preparing proposals and service contracts, posting work orders, maintaining daily payroll records, customer service (receiving and making phone calls to plumbing and heating customers to schedule appointments, answer billing inquiries and address various customer issues).
